Shipping

Last updated: 1 October 2026

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through yourgiftm.com are prepared and dispatched.

1. Order Processing

After an order is successfully placed and payment is authorised, it enters our fulfilment process. Processing may include payment verification, fraud and security checks, stock allocation, product preparation, packaging and handover to a shipping provider. Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or high-volume periods may take longer to process.

2. Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods depend on delivery address, product type, parcel size and weight, stock location and available shipping providers. Available options will normally be shown during checkout.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed before checkout is completed. Charges may be calculated using destination, order value, product type, package size, weight and selected delivery method. Free-shipping offers are subject to the conditions stated with the promotion.

4. Dispatch Confirmation

Where available, customers will receive a dispatch or shipping confirmation after an order has been handed to the relevant delivery provider. The confirmation may include tracking information.

5. Multiple Shipments

Products from the same order may sometimes be shipped separately because products are stored at different fulfilment locations, one product becomes available before another, different products require different shipping methods or separate shipping is reasonably necessary to fulfil the order.

6. Address Changes

Customers should ensure the shipping address supplied at checkout is accurate. If you need to request a change, contact [email protected] as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed, dispatched or entered a carrier network, it may not be possible to change the address.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to carrier, aviation, dangerous-goods or destination restrictions, including products containing batteries or other regulated components. Where a product cannot lawfully or reasonably be shipped using the selected method, we may contact you to arrange an alternative where available or cancel and refund the affected item.

8. Packaging

We use packaging appropriate to the product and shipping method with the aim of protecting products during ordinary transport. Customers should inspect parcels after delivery and contact us if there is significant visible damage.

9. Tracking Information

Tracking information is provided where supported by the relevant shipping provider. Carrier tracking events and estimated dates are generated by the carrier and may not update in real time.

10. Shipping Delays

Dispatch or transport delays may occur because of public holidays, unusually high order volumes, carrier disruption, extreme weather, natural disasters, customs or border delays, transportation interruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to assist where an order experiences a significant shipping issue.

11. Undeliverable or Returned Parcels

A parcel may be returned to sender if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery has repeatedly been unsuccessful, a parcel is not collected within the carrier’s collection period or the carrier cannot deliver to the supplied address. If an order is returned to us, we may contact you to discuss redelivery or another appropriate solution.

12. Risk and Consumer Rights

We remain responsible for complying with applicable obligations relating to the supply and delivery of products. Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to transfer responsibility in a way that excludes or restricts rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Contact

For shipping questions or an existing order, email [email protected] and include your order number where applicable.
